Our goal is always the same: make the guest experience better. No show can do that unless the attraction is operating correctly.
A modern attraction runs on hardware from many manufacturers at once. Media servers, projectors, audio systems, smoke machines, water effects, lighting. Each with its own management system, its own cloud, its own login, its own specialist.
Maintenance sees the whole estate at a glance: faults the moment they appear, projector telemetry drifting out of envelope, service history, media server sync, smoke fluid from our own tank sensors, with the days each machine has left, and, where the speakers are ours on PoE, whether each individual tweeter and woofer is outputting.
Management sees what to order and when: fluid before it runs out, service windows before they fall due, spares before they are needed.

Open an attraction's console for the live readout, a new line every second. Try Remote mute, and select any panel to see what Prism is reading behind it.
The estate here runs on made-up data so it can be explored freely. On a real estate Prism reads the hardware.
