Eurovision

A pioneering anamorphic projection-mapped display that bursts with light, movement and celebration.

For Eurovision 2023, we transformed the Museum of Liverpool into a live visual moment using anamorphic projection mapping. The building appeared to shift, open and perform in real time, turning a familiar landmark into something unexpected, playful and alive at the heart of the city’s celebration.

Scale & Artistry

The anamorphic approach allowed the architecture to become both canvas and subject. Surfaces shifted, forms emerged, and the building itself appeared to break free from its structure. Working at the scale of a major civic building, the content was designed to capture attention from distance while maintaining precision up close.

Innovation & Technology

The project delivered a pioneering anamorphic projection-mapped display on the Museum of Liverpool, blending precise projection design with a strong sense of creative freedom. This was an opportunity to push the visual language further, using architecture as a stage for movement, illusion and spectacle. The result is a bold, joyful moment that feels alive within the city.

Reliability

Delivered within a live event environment, the installation required fast, accurate setup and dependable performance. From surveying and mapping through to on-site alignment and calibration, the system was designed to lock in quickly and perform consistently, ensuring the illusion held throughout the event.
