Prism reads every projector, speaker, media server and effect across your estate, continuously, and tells you what needs attention long before a guest could notice anything.

By the time a fault is obvious, guests have been getting a lesser show for weeks. A projector gets hotter over time. A speaker quietly fails. A smoke machine runs low. The ride still runs, but the show isn't the one that opened. Prism is designed to catch those changes early.

Prism talks directly to the equipment. Projectors report temperatures, laser hours and fan health. Media servers report playback, storage and synchronisation. Q‑SYS reports system status and logs. Amplifiers report channel health and, where we've designed the hardware ourselves, every individual driver can be monitored.

Where nothing reported it, we built the sensor.

Some of the information we wanted simply didn't exist. Most smoke machines can tell you they're switched on, but not how much fluid is left. That's the bit operators actually care about, so we built our own level sensors. We do the same for scent systems and other equipment where manufacturers don't expose the data.

Four weeks of history behind every flag.

Every reading is stored, so alerts come with context rather than a single snapshot. You can see when something started changing, how quickly it's moving and where it's likely to end up if nothing is done.

Take a projector fan that's slowly drifting outside its normal operating range. Prism raises it after only a few days of change, typically leaving a couple of weeks before it becomes a problem. That gives you time to deal with it during planned maintenance rather than an emergency call‑out.

What to order, and when.

Prism also tracks consumables and servicing. Instead of remembering when a smoke machine might run dry or when filters should be replaced, Prism predicts it from real usage and builds a maintenance list. Purchasing stays exactly where it is. Prism simply tells you what will need attention, and when.
